• Encourage your child to become a mentor or tutor. Point out specific ways she has helped other people grow or learn. Ask her if she would like to teach classes or music lessons to younger students or coach sports teams.

• Because your child is compelled to see the best in people, she might have trouble realizing when they are struggling or in the wrong role. Help her understand that sometimes, the best way to develop others is to help them move on to something else.

• Ask your child to think about her personal mission. Show her how to connect her mission with her Developer talents to make a meaningful difference in other people’s lives.
